is the last four digits of your Social Security Number.
NOTICE: As of Oct. 1st, due to system upgrades, all student library passwords were
reset to the last four digits of your Social Security Number. If you changed your library password
in the past, it has been reset to the last 4 digits of your SSN. This affects BearCat accounts only,
and no other campus systems.

SUNY Potsdam Faculty and Staff: Please ask at the Circulation desk to have your
Web Account activated.

Community borrowers: Please ask at the Circulation desk, to have your Web
Account activated.

For security purposes, we recommend that you change your Library password
once you have logged in.

For assistance with your Web account User ID and Library password, ask at the Circulation
desk, or send an email to circ@potsdam.edu. For security purposes, please use your
campus email account for your email correspondence.
